I emailed a video to my home email address and can't view it. What do I need to do?

Either convert the video from the format it's in, to one you cna view on your computer, OR download program for that video format, and use that program to view it on your computer.

So the question for you is, what format (file extension, ie .mpg, .3gp), is the file that was on the cell phone, now on the computer? Also may help to know if you are using a PC or a Mac, at least people can point you to programs they use anyway.

It is has a 3g2 file extension. I use a pc. The operating system is Windows XP. Yes the file is now on my pc.
