I replaced my nokia 6340i with this 557 about 45 days ago.My calls kept dropping off so cingular told me to swap the phone. Have had my 2nd. 557 for about 2 weeks and it's not much better.Tried the Ant.booster,but didn't help.Is this the way the 557 is? My nokia would work just about anywhere. Is there a better phone flip or not you'll would recommend with cingular? THANK YOU.

You need antenna adapter and external antenna to boost your signal. That will works.
