I am moving from a Nokia 3585i phone to a Motorola Razr V3C in the Alltel network. I previously downloaded a number of ring tones and a few wallpaper backgrounds directly to my Nokia from one of the Axcess apps. Is there any way (without spending more money than it is worth with cables and software) to transfer these ring tones to my new Razr?

Re: Transfer downloads from Nokia to Motorola?
Luke,
I do'nt know if your Nokia has bluetooth but did (6230) and I was able to send everything to a Razr via bluetooth. I think you'll need two working SIM cards for that to work though.
Good luck!

Re: Transfer downloads from Nokia to Motorola?
Alltel is a CDMA network, there are no SIM cards in the phones. Yes, if they both had bluetooth you could transfer them that way, but unfortunately your old Nokia does not support that feature. I don't know much about Alltel, but I know the Sprint Store can transfer my phonebook from my old to my new phone (most of the time, not always) ...so it might be worth asking an Alltel rep if this is something that can be done in their store. Good luck!
