When I use mPT to talk to this v276, it detects the phone but wont identify it. So I select from the list of Motorola CDMA phones there, the v265 or the v265 mbt......it allows me to manipulate all the data, but the v265 selection don't give me a multimedia icon on the control panel, and the v265mbt selection shows the multimedia icon, but it is greyed out.

What oh Lord, do I need to do to talk to this doggone phone?!?!?!

I believe u will hv to edit ur phone's seem(firmware) to
get the multimedia going. *use as ur own's risk*
