Ringer with Sgt. from Full Metal Jacket

Yes, it's the newbie here. I've recently been reading posts which concern data cables. From what I have read I need to get one and then my next question. How would I go about getting some of the soundbites from the movie "Full Metal Jacket" downloaded as a ringer on my V3c?

If you have Sony Sound Forge, or any other sound recording utility, then you should be able to start recording, then click on the link(s) you want recorded. Voila!! Then just save them as mp3's, and send them to your phone via Bluetooth or data cable.
