If you bought them last month, and they have not been damaged due to dropping, getting them wet, or trying to alter the phone's software, there really should be no problems with getting them exchanged through the company you bought them from.
As for refunds, that's all going to depend on who you bought them from.

It all depends on how they handle things with repairs and replacements.
The only way to find that out is to of course show up in person or call them.

Re: How good is motorola warrenty?
I had two razr's replaced because one of the volume was too low, and the second one i blew the speakers trying to alter the software...i didnt tell them that though.
The warranty is great, as long as the screens arent cracked, and no water damage. They send you a new phone within 2 days (express) from your claim, and they only charge you for s&h, express is $15. Then you have to send your old phone back within 7 days.
Its great!!Last edited by crazybeautiful; 05-31-2006 at 08:48 PM.

Hmm...I thought that there were no charges having a replacement phone shipped to you. With Cingular, I didn't have to pay when I had to have a replacement phone. I could be wrong though.
