How do i sell my cell phone?

I have a razor v3
I cancelled my service with Tmobile a few months ago.

So what do i have to do to sell my phone?

Sorry im clueless.

Do i have to "unlock" it ?
Do i remove my sms card and then sell it?

seriously you can sell it on ebay or go to the mall and sell it to the lil phone shops in there...alot of them will buy old phones. you dont have to do anything to it, but i would do a master clear and master reset (found under settings, other settings, intial setup on most motorolas)

It's not always the case. I have seen an unlock phone going less than the locked phones before.

The only way to get more money for it is if it is a limited edition cell phone (For example, Sidekick 2 Mr. Cartoon).

Another way is, if you have lots of feedback on Ebay than you usually will get more money but not always the case though.

If you are trying to sell a used cell phone, for maximum value you should sell it yourself on Ebay. However, it's usually hard to do that because people want to buy from sellers that offer a warranty. I suggest you sell your phone to FullCircleWirless.com. They usually only buy from businesses, but they offer good pricing and I am sure they would buy your single phone too.

Hi you say you have a razor v3 yes? Have you still got it?
You could sell it on eBay and you might sell it but it's an old phone and is it in excellent like new condition? You might not get that much either. Or you could keep it in a dusty drawer and hope someone wants one one day and sell it to them. But while it still has value and always will sell it to a mobile phone recycling site.

They will purchase any old or unused mobile phones for cash. Even broken mobile phones are accepted. They make money from reselling or recycling the phone so that's why they pay you.

I take it you're in the US? It was in the US that mobile phone recycling started but it's taken off like a storm in the UK too. It's a very good thing and helps the environment and many different charities.

So I know of a few UK based companies to sell mobile phones to for cash here sellyourmobile.info But I know there are some US based ones as well.

I think it's a good thing myself and if you can do it then you should. It's fun too haha
