So I own a morotorla v220 phone, have had it for around a year. Yesterday, it just died. I figured it was the battery, so I turned it on again and the battery was full. Around 30 seconds after I turned it on, it died again. It kept doing that all day. I finally got home and tried to charge it, but it wouldn't charge. Now I can turn it on but it will only stay on for a few seconds. I don't think it's the battery because normally when it dies it will say battery low and make noise and stuff. Now is just goes off. Any help you can give me would be MUCH appreciated!

Re: help!!
what service provider do you have? have you had the phone for less than a year? if so, it sounds like a manufacturer's defect, and you should be able to use the year warranty to get a new phone. if you have had it for more than a year, then you might be able to get some kinda exception upgrade through customer service if you aren't eligible for a discounted upgrade yet. if you can't get an upgrade, then you will have to just buy a new phone. sounds like the phone is shot though. imo.

Re: help!!
I actually live in italy at the moment, so I'm going to go to the store I bought it at tomorrow and see if they can tell me what's wrong with it. Since I don't remember the exact date I bought it, I wasn't sure if it was covered under warranty. Today my phone has started staying on longer then a few minutes though, so I'm hoping it will be fixed. But thanks!
