I'm looking for help with Bluetooth headsets. I have tried the motorola 850 and the moto H700 without much success. Listners on the other end of conversation say they have hard time hearing me especially if there is even a little background noise.can anyone help me out?
Thanks!
Mike

Re: Best Bluetooth Headset???
Since my last purchase of the Jabra I have discovered that a lot of problems occur because the volume on the headset is too loud. I've found most problems can be corrected, i.e. echo, breaking up,, poor in and out, by lowering the volume. Of course this means you must have a headset that fits snug in the ear so crosstalk from the earpiece cannot be regenerated through the mic and incoming sounds can be heard at a usable level through the earpiece. So, I think key to a good headset is probably good fit with sound adjusted so their is not a lot of crosstalk...

Re: Best Bluetooth Headset???
Since this is the Motorola forum...dare I assume that you are restricting your search to Moto headsets?
Of all the basic units Moto has., the HS850 and HS810 are the best imo.
H500 is good., but can't beat the proximity of the above-mentioned models.
The H700 has a shorter boom, and mic pick-up I BELIEVE isn't as good as the above units.
Moto has three...or two NEW units coming out that you may be interested in.
Oh actually there's an upgrade to the H500 > or H350 (<<-looks MUCH nicer than the H500....as any upgrade SHOULD be).
Good luck on your search.
to address your experience....it could be duds.
