ive had this phone for a year almost . its a v400.I am p*ssed!
This is the junkiest phone ive owned.the screen went black one day and the next day you couldnt hear outta the reciever.Why am i mad? There is no one in my area that fixes cell phones and its a prepaid phone so it has no insurance!

Yeah no one repairs cells phone, and those that do, make you wish you had just gone and bought a new one, for that they will charge you just to look at it.

You can buy another phone from the same prepaid carrier and just pop your SIM in it (if it used a SIM card).

Anyway which carrier are you with? It might help if you fill out your profile, at least as far as phone(s) you have and carrier. It will help people steer you towards things that can help you, or good deals on phones, especially if there is something good going on local to you.
