Problems with SLVR L7

i have a SLVR..bought it unlocked from ebay and i am also a cingual customer. The phone has been working great, but all the sudden when people call me they complain of barely being able to hear me. I tried this for myself using someone else phone while they used mine and i could hear the same thing. It is like i am whispering or mumbling and I have the volume turned all the way up.. Has anyone else had this problem? Or can anyone help me fix it?? would be greatly appreciated. thanks ahead of time..

i have the slvr too. if you look at the phone, the mouth piece you speak into isn't at the bottom of the phone, there's a tiny hole, almost just a tiny dot on the right or left (can't remember which) side of the keypads, that's the microphone you speak into. if your face is covering that, then that's why it sounds muffled. if that's not the case, then your phone sounds jacked up.

There are more problem with the unlocked L7 phones.

I have t-mo service and when I have a voice mail, i get a text message which says from "_@". After i listen to my VM i get another text message from a similar address. They dont count as txt message and I am not charged, but I dont get the kind of alert I got when I used a t-mo phone.

For no apparent reason, sometimes my volume just goes off. I call someone and cannot hear the ring or the person. Someone calls me and my phone vibrates but I cannot hear a thing. I fix this by switching off and restarting my phone, and then everything works.
