The moto Guide Q's

I found the moto guide: Modding the Motorola Slvr l7 | Slvr Mods - Home

When i download the required programs, i have a few problems.

First, it wont work when i extract them from their zip files, have to use them directly from there.

Secoend, the programs eg. SkiMan (for putting skins on the phone) wont recognize my phone.

Can u help, thanks.

I made sure it was on data/fax and i tried driver tools at USBSER.SYS info

Hey, glad you found my site! Cash, the owner of slvrhackers, actually does a lot of work for me as well on some of the slvr stuff on themotoguide. Sounds like your problem is that you never followed the Get Connected guide to begin with! Follow that, and you'll be connected easy! Have fun...

I don't know what's up but the links broken...... Also since you seem like you may know a bit more than I do about the L7 could you maybe tell me why it is I'm getting the error Not enough mem to run application when trying to view large movies one is 72,720kb and I have 1 gig of free space.
