SOS Motrolla Screen Whiteout....?????

my motrolla v 400 fell and now the screen is all white not black,when i switch it on .can recieve and make calls but caanot see any thing ,even the outside mini screen is blanlk though light comes into it ,how and where to get it fixed.

Open it up and check for flex cable connection might be loose due to the fall
