The screen itself or the top part of the flip? Bring it back and get it replaced.

In order to tighten the screen u would have to open up the phone which would void your warranty (if u have any on the cell), it's best if you take it back to the store u bought it at cause I've explained to alot of users here and other forums how to remove a housing and raplace it,fix and other stuff and somehow they screw up and some blame me for screwing up their phone when they couldn't follow some simple steps. If you have no experience on opening a cellphone and repairing whatever is loose then just take it back to your dealer, that's the best solution I can give u

Absolutely. Like Latino said, if you try doing any intense repair(s) yourself, you take the chance of voiding the warranty; you think it's bothering you now, wait until they tell you you're stuck with it.

Let them do it. Be persistent...and also courteous, but firm. Don't let them talk you out of it. If you want a replacement, stick to your guns. Did you just sign with Verizon or have you had service with them before this?

Either way, they should do right by you...if they like having you as a customer that is.
