new to razor can we set certain ring tones for certain people on ur call list and if so how?

If you have the Verizon V3c, it is very simple to do. You can either navigate to an individual tone in your tones folder and under options, choose "set as ringtone"; or, while editing a contact, navigate to the ringtone box and press "set".

If not, the procedure should be detailed in your owner's manual.

regular v3 and cingular

First you can only assign a ringtone to a contact that is stored in the phone and not on the sim card. In the phonebook Select the contact/ select edit / scroll down to ringer id / change it. Thats it. BTW this info is available in the manual that came with your phone.
