I thought I had posted this earlier, but it never appeared. I appologize if it's a repeat.

I've been taking pictures for a couple of years with my V220 and downloading them with no problem until today. When trying to download everything went fine until I opened the multimedia studio. Then my computer shows OK but the Mobile Phone side is blank. Down in the Systems Tray a small phone icon appears but when I point to it it says "Modem Management Disabled". Can anyone tell me how to Enable it??

I tried several other things and get the same results.

    Wil appreciate any help!!

Try unplugging the usb out of the usb port and then start MPT once it asks u to plug your phone in then plug the usb and select scan (or wichever option it gives u),if this doesn't work then u have to install the phone manually, to do this u need to click SETUP, INSTALL NEW PHONE (or is it connect new phone) then u have to select GSM (I think that's the phone a gsm one if not then select the correct one on the list) after that it will install the drives and it should work. If those 2 steps don't work then uninstall MPT and reinstall it. If none of this things work then I'll post a link for a diff software which does the same as MPT but I'm just waiting for the approval of a moderator to post the software.

OK - thanks, I have already gone through both of these exercises twice and finally have been able to transfer the pictures. Sometimes it works - sometimes it doesn't!

Conclusion: I have got to have a bad connection in my phone!!

Looking forward to your link to new software.

    Thanks for your effort!!!
