I had a problem with my V3i, I couldn't hear any conversation without using the speaker. That's after using the phone a couple of months. One day it just quit working right. I called Motorola Tech Support and they suggested several things, none of which worked. They then gave me the Master Reset Code for the phone and voila, works great again. Thanks Tech Support.
