Is there a SIMM card installed on E815? Where it's installed? I could not locate it.
The phone is broken and I'd like to use it's SIMMS card on another phone (Seimens)
thanks.

Re: Simm card on Motorola E815
The e815 is a CDMA phone, so it will not have a SIM card.
Only GSM phones (Cingular & T-Mobile) have SIM cards that you can swap from phone to phone.

Re: Simm card on Motorola E815
Okay, here's a little more detail.
There are two major types of cell phone technologies in the world: CDMA and GSM. GSM (the global system for mobile communications) is the largest technology and used by most carriers in the world. GSM phones have SIM cards behind the battery that tell the phones what your number is and which signals to pick up. The next major system is CDMA (code division multiple access), which is used by a few carriers in North America, including Verizon. This technology, CDMA is completely different GSM and CDMA phones do not even use SIM cards. Their phones are already programmed to know your number and the signals to pick up and send.
Your Motorola e815 from Verizon is a CDMA phone and your Siemens phone is a GSM phone. I'm afraid that if you want to continue your Verizon service, you will have to find a new CDMA phone. The best way is through Verizon. I'm sorry, but GSM phones cannot work on CDMA networks and vice versa. What's my girlfriend doing in your five?
