Vibrate mode on KRZR

Quick question for the top peeps from verizon.

I set my phone to vibrate when im at work, i have the setting to vibrate and also found a section under tools that turns vibrate on or off, (which it is on), but yet my phone still doesn't vibrate when i get a call. it just shows the little icon that says im getting a call, all is silent! is my phone defective in the vibration, or am I just not doing something right, i followed the instruction manual but still no dice.

Try the volume keys. Lower the volume until you hit the second to last visible bar. It should says "vibrate." If that doesn't work, it migh be defective, though I have a feeling you lowered the volume all the way down, that puts it on silent.

Not to hijack your post but is there a way to turn the vibrate on as soon as it rings.. Not just the vib then ring..

i was doing everything correctly, I have a new phone for the last one was defective...new phone works fine
