Hello:

I have a SLVR through Cingular. Due to various problems, Cingular has replaced the phone twice. Now that I'm on the third one, I am frustrated as it is showing one of the problems that caused me to send back phone #2: really, really slow response times to commands--sometimes it can take as long as 30 or 45 seconds for the phone to process even simple commands, like accessing the phone book or locking and unlocking the phone. When it is trying to process commands, I can't get the phone to do anything--it is "frozen" for a period of time.

Has anyone else had this problem? Could it have anything to do with the memory card? The card has been used in all three phones. Is there a way to reset the phone (I have already tried removing and re-installing the battery)?

Any other suggestions?
