Unlocked SLVR L7

I just brought an unlocked L7 from ebay and I use T-mobile for the service. I understand that I have to go to T mobile wireless data configurator to set up the T-zone and video/picture messaging in order to get access to T-zone and receive & send messaging. I also understand that in order to use my phone in asia (HKG and China) by using the local prepaid sim card, the phone has to be unlocked.

Now if I setup the phone by using T-mobile wireless data configurator, is that mean my phone is no longer "unlocked".

no i did the same thing. its still unlocked. =)
