Hi everyone I wonder if you can help me. I have motorola phone tools on my computer so that I can download music and photos for my V3i it has always worked until of late. I uninstalled it and then download again but still it won't work. It keeps trying to find my phone but can't. Is there a new download cd that I should get? or am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks

I tried that plus I tried uninstalling and installing again and the same thing is happening. The problem installs well but as I try to get into my phone details it starts to look for the device with no luck.

What service are you using...because verizon does not allow MPT to be supported..you can do calander and something else with it but thats it. Verizon disables all OBEX on their phones, so just curious which provider you have.
