Hello Everyone,
I have a strange problem with my phone. I took my phone to the local Sprint/Nextel store to get fixed because of a problem with the connector on the bottom of the phone (charger hard to insert). The repair place said that the phone could not be fixed because when a software upgrade was attempted by them , it failed the upgrade. The person then proceeds to tell me that the "circuit board inside the phone is dented and is not allowing the phone's software to be updated". Has anyone heard of this before and if it is true, any suggestions on sending in to the big M for repair? I have both insurance plans from nextel on the phone and the local shop supposedly tried to get this covered under the insurance plan but was unable to do so.
