I just got a new RAZR V3m and have a question. I cannot find this in the instruction book, so it may not have this feature, but thought I'd ask others anyway. The phone makes a sound (melodic) when you turn the phone on and off. Is there anyway to silence that? The LG phone I had previously had an option to turn off that "song" it plays when it turns on/off. Does anyone know anything about that for the RAZR?
thanks,
Laura

Re: Sound Question for RZR V3m
I am new to this phone too so I don't know if there is another way but I guess it's worth a try. As far as I know, the only way to prevent the melodic sound is to set the phone to silent before turning it off.

Re: Sound Question for RZR V3m
Thanks, I guess that's the only option.

Re: Sound Question for RZR V3m
Unfortunately, none of the newer Verizon Motorola phones have the option to silence the on/off sounds.
