What is the difference between the two? The reason I ask is I would like to download a game and I am only given the choice of the V3c.

The v3m uses a microSD card where as the v3c doesn't.
Just go ahead and choose the v3c, should still work for you.

Aside from the MicroSD, the V3m is also a music player. Tony is correct, the V3c will give you exactly what you want.

the V3c does not play music where the V3m is an mp3 player and you can upload your own music to it just like and ipod or similiar mp3 device.
