Short battery life on Motorola E815

Hi I had bought a used e815 off ebay and the battery only lasted about a day, so i went back to the bay and bought was was being advertised as a new OEM motorola Battery, it looks new. The phone still only lasts about a day. Could this be the problem of the phone? Or did I get a bum battery? If its the phone, is there anything I can do about it? If its a bad battery, where would you reccomend buying a new replacement?

Try changing your time display settings to shorter times to see if that helps, also make sure bluetooth is disable (if equipped).

Keep in mind that if your phone goes into roaming alot that will also drain your battery faster.
