That's almost too cheap. Considering they go for about $100 new/each here: Wholesale Mobile Phones, Accessories Wholesale, GSM Trading Board, Cell Phones Suppliers
Who offered you this? Are you sure they're all new? I would watch out.

If u saw them on ebay, then beware most of those post are scams, if u know the person then it's your choice to buy them or not.

But 25 units for $52 units?...Sounds too good to be true. Maybe it might be real, IDK...they might actually be nonfunctioning for all you know.

Or stolen. They could easily be from a stolen shipment.
