help on ringtones

so i have a v323 or something like that...anyway i was looking to see if anyone knows of a program that i can download from the internet that i can create ringtones from mp3 files if one exists...i know i could buy mototones but who really wants to spend money...anyway if anyone knows of something that could help me that would be great!!

You can create Ring Tones from MP3s with a free program called Audacity.
