Krazr Ringtone Problem

My friend showed me this way to make ringtones from any song i have on my computer (ringjone.com) and i used it and i have the tones on my desktop. Now how do i get them into my phone and usable AS a ringtone? I tried hooking it up with the USB cable, then looking through the files, finding the "ringtone" folder under "shared" in "motorola" but they only appear in my mp3 player.

Can someone help or give me instructions? I dont not want to pay for my own ringtones and would much rather make my own from songs.
