My phone has gone crazy.. Im about to cry Im so upset... Okauy so heres the problem, My phone turns on, it recieves calls and texts, but I cant use the buttons. It simply ignores me when I try most of the time. Occasionally when i start randomly pushing all the buttons something will come up but thats it. I didnt get any thing on it or anything its just loony. I can see when people call but when i hit the button to awnser it wont let me, i can see that i have recieved a text, but cant open it. Its sooo stupid. A couple of times I have got the main Menu to come up but i cant scroll down to settings to reset it and i cant turn it off without taking the battery out.. Its insane, and the coustomer service just said to send it back and i could get a new one. That would be fine except that I go to California on Saturday for a week and will need my phone. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix it i would like marry u i would be so happy. Oh its a motorola L6 which I think is a KRZR but im not entirely sure if they are synonymous.

take it to the closest verizon corp store. usually when this happens there has been some type of substance spilled on the phone and the keypad is sticking . but it could also be a manufac error so check the dot on the back of the phone " if its red call your insurance if you have some" if not find another phone or ask the verizon cust sewrvice if you can purchas a fru. if it isnt red then they will probaly either take it apart clean the contacts under the keypad or just swapp it out for a FRU unit as long as its still under warranty " one year from date of original purchase" if it is less than 30 days they will swap new for new
