    When I make calls or try to check my voicemail and am required to enter my password I have to type in my password than go to a menu on my phone and press a "send tones"

    How can I get my phone to let me dial numbers while in a call without having to go through all this trouble?

    MENU > Settings > Initial Setup > DTMF
    Just set it to 'Short'
