P2K Commander Not Recognizing RAZR

Hey,

Kay.
So This Is Frustrating Me Beyond Belief.
I Have A MotoRAZR Model, And I Installed EVERY Driver I Needed And Also P2K Commander, In Order To Be Able To Transfer My Files To My Computer
But P2K Commander Is Not Recognizing The Phone!
I Have Tried Every Drive Listed In The Options In P2K Commander, They All Come Up Saying, "no p2k device found, NOT connected"
I've Been Searching The Internet For Like The Last 5 Hours
And I Can't Find ANYTHING
Can Anyone Help?
