I've been searching, and what I've gotten out of my reading is that it IS possible...but I will ask here as well.

I bought this phone on Ebay- Refurbished Motorola V710 Bluetooth Camera Phone Alltel - (eBay item 140150605659 end time Aug-24-07 17:37:46 PDT)

and was looking at this thinking it should work- eBay Guides - U.S. Cellular Activation Guide for Cell Phones

My provider is US Cellular and I have a Motorola V262 that took a dump..people can barely hear me when I talk into it. So I purchased the V710 last night and should receive it sometime next week unless I cancel the payment...Will US Cellular give me a hard time if I try to activate that phone? I've been reading more and now I'm getting the idea that if I try to activate it and it doesn't say "US Cellular" on it they won't do it. Thanks!
