    I have a V60 color tdma phone. AT&T phone, using it with Cellular One (have been for a few years now) I was looking at my account online and noticed that I now have a feature called "deprovision short message". It was added to my account a few months ago. I called to find out what it was and I am told that it is text messaging.

    However, I am unable to send any text. I get a message saying unable to send message. I called Cell One tech again and had NO luck. Are there settings somewhere that I need to fix? Any idea what's going on?
