Ok so i got this Motorola A780 phone brand new I used it for a few days the the battery dies on me the phone turns off. no problem right? ill just plug it back in to the usb port of my computer with the wire to charge it well its still not powering up and windows says when i press the power button unknown USB device and that only happens sometimes.... I really dont know what to do... could any one please help me?

try charge it using original charge cradle, charge from the wall sokcet
