Question reading micro sd

I just got a 2GB Micro SD card for my Motorokr Z6m. I can read the card fine through the phone using a usb cable. When I put the card into the adapter and put it in my laptop I cannot read it. The laptop recognizes that I inserted a card but it says it cannot see it.

Is this normal for cards formatted by the phone?

yeah but format on the computer first, then reformat on the Phone
and it should work fine

hey how much did that sd card run you? i'm thinking of picking one up if i can't get mpt to work

I got the card from Amazon.com for about $16. Came to $23 something with shipping.

As far as the original post. Turns out that formatting the card on the phone was fine. My laptop SD reader cannot read the Micro SD cards. My wife's laptop can and it reads it just fine. I will just stick with the cable or the bluetooth connection.

You can also buy a USB card reader.
I got a mirco SD card reader and
I got a 12-n-1 but its too bulky for me, goinna get a small mini SDHC card reader.
