I`m new to the forum so please be gentle with me .

I have a Motorola razr v3i on Orange Pay as you Go and every time I get a download message it says "unable to download,please try again later" can anyone give me details as to how to fix this problem .
I`m not very technically minded so some form of picture help would be helpfull.
