E6 doesn't ring! Help!

I bought a Motorola E6 from Broadway in Hong Kong and it worked perfectly fine there. I just got back to toronto today. I put my Fido card in and everything seemed to work fine. I called my house, it worked. Than I called from my house to my phone. The phone did not ring, but the home phone still had the ringing tones so it is the phone I believe.

maybe it's the ring configration problem, you can restore the phone to try.

I've read more into this problem on the net. It seems that the E6 doesn't support the Name Display feature that Rogers and Fido has. So I called them up to get rid of it. The girl said that I didn't even have Name Display but only Call Display. So I got her to get rid of it and the phone started to work. However, the first time I called, it was some other dude that said he couldn't turn off Name Display for me because I'm under 18 and my dad wasn't near to confirm to them that I wanted it to be done. So the Fido girl didn't know what she was doing so I just got her to remove it completly so my phone would atleast work, which it does now. I'll have to get Call Display back only. I have a feeling though that if I add that function, those Fido people will put Name Display back on as well.
