hey my phone is acting up on me none of my buttons work only the red power button and sometimes the side button works but not properly it just keeps saying silent like if i push any buttons no responce at all my phone turns on and off and charges also recives call but i cant answer them or dial out because the buttons dont work what could the problem be i tryed to take the battery out and the sim out didnt do anything is htere a wa to reset it or something like that? thanks

You could master reset, but if this fails to rectify the problem, i'd say either your kepad is no good, or there is a problem with the phone itself. It may need looking at by a pro.
