    Hi all.

I have an original Motorola Razr V3, and a few days ago I dropped it on the floor.

After that point, I haven't been able to send or receive text messages. When I send a text message the phone says that it has sent the message, but the recipient never gets it, and if someone sends me a text I don't receive it.

I have scoured the internet and everyone seems to say to delete the itap_user_dictionary from the a/ directory.

Well, I went ahead and downloaded P2kman and did so.

It unfortunately hasn't remedied the situation.

I hope that one of you can please help me solve this issue because texting is a very important thing for me.

    Thanks in advance.

Razr v3 is a delicate phone should be handled with care. But as you are saying that rest of the things are fine only text part is not functioning, that means not much damage is there, you get it serviced from the company,it will be easily rectified.

Call your service provider's customer care help line . Ask for <message/service center number>. Then go to your phones message option>click the center -- key> then go to the message setup> text message setup> service center no...>

Change the no. with the number given by the customer care and then click <Done>. come out to the Home screen > restart your phone
