im new to this site

Yesterday I took my rizr v3 outside, after about 1 year of no use( sitting inside house) and when I came back home, the speaker wasnt working. The temp. outside was probably -18 and heavy snow. I remember the phone ringing once, but when I came back home it wasnt rining
