I am quite computer literate but am a total lame brain on cell phones. I have my 385 and a Palm. I want my calendar to sync to my phone so I can dump the Palm. I have no need for email or web so I don't want to waste the money for a Blackberry with Verizon.

Is it possible to set up my 385 to sync with Outlook?

It looks like I may have a solution by Synccell. Has anyone used Synccell?

I downloaded Synccell and it works great. The only problem is that I have to reboot my PC every time I disconnect my phone. I was using a USB connection, so I bought a USB Bluetooth dongle and installed it. It paired with the phone OK but it disconnects after a few seconds.

Any ideas? Is Verizon the problem?

    still not working

I tried with a different PC and the phone pairs with my computer but promptly disconnects. I suspect that verizon is behind this! I know they limit the capabilites of the phones. Anyone have any success in pairing a Verizon phone to a PC via bluetooth?
