I am trying to resolve two issues with my wife's SLVR (i think it's 7) She is on the second or third set that keeps dropping her phone calls. Our "friendly" Verizn keeps sending her recertified phones and they perform same or worse, is there nay hack i can turn off some unneeded function or network and improvve reception? When she looses her calls we both have full bars of the network on the phones.
The other issue, she has a problem with most wired or bluetooth headset, too small of the ears i guess (not the case when i make some kind of smart alack remark about her of course) and the only set that fits comfortably are the PC boom type sets with USB or RCA plugs. I bought two adapters that convert mini USB (SLVR) to an RCA type, but only single female outlet not two. Is there way to somehow connect them together?
