Is there a quick way to change the Audio Setting on the v365?

Before this phone, I had a v551, which is very similar to the v365.

On the v551, I could select the Audio Settings by using the "outside, left" button, and scroll through the options using the "outside, left" up/down toggle button. I can not do this on the v365, because its "outside, left" button is for Push To Talk (PTT), which I never use!

To change the Audio Settings on the v365, I have to open the phone, go into Main Menu, Settings, Audio, Style to change my Audio Settings. (FYI: This is the same place it was on the v551, but the v551 used the left outside button as a shortcut)

Is there a way to re-assign the v365's "outside, left" PTT button to be a shortcut for my Audio Settings?

Similar problem: If my phone is on Vibrate and I plug it in to charge at the office or turn on my BlueTooth headset, the v365 changes its Audio Settings to Loud - every time! Is there a way to prevent this?
