Hi,
I've been reading many threads and search through google with this issue I have and so far no luck with real answer, most were refering to send back to the AT&T. Once my phone get that "Voice Record Memory Full" error, nothing would work, menus, keypad, volume, placing call, etc. The only thing working is I still receiving incoming call and able to turn on/off phone with the red button. Please advice if you know the answer, I appreciate it very much.

Have you tried a hard reset? See your user's manual.

Hard Reset? I do not know what you meant with that, I couldn't find the User Guide book, the dog must ate it :-). So if you find the steps for Hard Reset, please let me know. I have done many times with taking the battery out and restarted, same problem. There is an option for "Master Reset" but that only if I can get to the menus, and right now I can't.
