Hello - I did a search on this but didn't see the answer for this type of phone (Motorola RAZR V3). Can someone please let me know how I can remove my phone # from my old phone? I've already resetted the phone.
thanks!

the phone number is strored in a file on the phone. you would have to remove that file from the phone. but then that leaves the next person with some extra work to do.
probably best thing to do would be to flash the phone back to stock, unactivated state. that way it will have no association with your account. All the next person (on verizon) would have to do to activate it on their account is to go to their "my account" page on Cell Phones, Cell Phone Plans, Cell Phone Accessories - Verizon Wireless and use the ESN swap utility to activate that phone - then they dial *228 and choose option 1 to program it on the network under their account.
