hey whats up! am new in this forum and i have a few questions. I just bought a motorokr e8 from rogers and i'm having a problem adding ringtones to my phone. I have edited a few of my songs and transfered them to my phone, but when i go to apply them as a ringtone that feature doesn't highlight so i can make that song a ringtone. is there any way i can go around that blocked feature. they already make money off of us customers why do they want to charge us for ringtones also? please help me. thank you

Re: Motorokr ringtones
i would suggest that you follow this guide here:
My Piece of the Inter(.)net
to get the general idea of what to do.
the actual location of the ringtones on that phone may be different, but you should be able to browse the filesystem and see exactly where they reside at (you will see the files for the other ringers in that folder)
Just be sure to delete the mytonedb.db file from the ROOT of the filesystem (a/mytonedb.db), then reboot the phone. the database will be rebuilt to include the new files which you have added
good luck
