Question about the driver of the W755

Hello, I have been searching for an answer to my question in this and other forums. I saw many people have posted the question of how to download mp3 and use it as ringtone. I tried to do that too. But my problem is after downloaded and installed the Motorola driver for my cell phone. I connected my phone with a USB cable and see the "Motorola USB Composite Device" from device manager. But when I open MSU, it doesn't recognize my phone. It said the phone is not connected. I also don't see the device from "My Computer" too. Most people have problem with P2KC but my problem is not even up to that stage. I got this phone from Verizon (CDMA) and the system of my computer (notebook) is Win XP. Can somebody tell me what is going on? It's been driving me nut! Thanks in advance!
