Getting pictures off an i275

Hi all. I did some searching, but didn't find anything on this. A friend of mine has an i275 with a bunch of pictures on it she took. Is there a way to get those off the phone and onto the computer? I didn't see her phone as being supported by Phone Tools, so I guess there's another way I'm unaware of? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
