Have you tried saving all of your files on the memory card then reformatting it? I've had a few problems with files just randomly disappearing and that has always brought them back.

    Re: Memory card problems!

Of course there are viruses out there. From what i understand they aren't able to install themselves into the operating system yet so when you power off and/or take the battery out it resets the software.

I know when i first put my memory card in it set up the file structure on the card. When connected to the computer through the usb cable or just having the memory card in alone in the computer it starts with a file named "mobile" open that to see three files, "audio", "picture", and "video". Is yours set up the same? all of myfiles are then in their respective folders.

The only other thing I know to do besides doing a hard reset (taking the battery out for about 5 min) is to do a "master reset".

Before you do a master reset save all your contacts to your sim card and/or sync them with your computer. The master reset will delete EVERYTHING that is stored on your phone. I found this out the hard way.

In the settings area under the initial setup there is a master reset option. The password i used on mine was 000000 <---- six zeros. May have been 8... This is used to reset all of the settings back to factory specs.
